In order to manage expectations: please be aware I will always respond as soon as possible but on occassion we may be crossing oceans and there will be times where I am without internet access for a few days. Whilst we always try and time big crossings over weekends or holidays the weather doesn't always allow for that. If you become a client rest assured I will always discuss any potential absences with you in advance and make plans to reduce the impact to clients. In four years I'm yet to miss a deadline.
