Over the years I have offered support to a number of clients who have specific needs when it comes to our communication styles - it made me realise my website needs to be more accessible, so this is step one, my google form questionnaire asks some simple questions ahead of a discovery call, if you prefer I'm happy to take your answers via video or audio file - and if anyone has any other ideas on how to make my services more accessible I'm all ears too.

I am happy to change my working practices to provide support in a way that works for you. For example providing voice note updates rather than text based messaging. Whilst I never set out to provide this service a number of clients have expressed their gratitude for my flexible working practices that suit their needs. This is still a learning curve for me and I apologise if I get any terminology wrong. My intention is purely to try and make clients lives easier. I should also point out I am happy to accept access to work payments.
